Description
Cocotte in cast iron Tradifonte by Sitram. The rim of the dish is thick and warp-resistant, with a bright orange lacquer (the colour shown in the product photo may vary in shade from the item that is sent) and a light beige interior; high-quality casserole dishes suitable for all cooking systems, including induction.
Ergonomic handles and a stainless steel knob so it can be used in the oven.
Vitrified cast iron for perfect heat transfer and distribution. Especially suited to slow cooking over a low heat to obtain the most tender and flavoursome meats.
Available in two sizes:
- 2.5 litres for 1/2 diners, 20 cm diameter and 10 cm high
- 5 litres for 5/6 diners, 26 cm diameter and 12 cm high.
