Hello, I'm looking for individual dishes for making baked eggs in our café-restaurant. I think the deep ones are better than the shallow ones. What do you think? I assume there's no problem putting them in an oven at 180-200 degrees.

Hello Lara, the deep ones are usually used on the hob and the shallow ones in the oven. The deep ones can go in the oven, however the shallow ones can't go on the hob. As for the temperature there's no problem, they withstand those temperatures without issue; what they can't withstand are sudden changes in temperature. Kind regards.

I'd like to know whether these deep casserole pans are suitable for lobster stew. I think they're the same ones we used to use in the restaurants on the island. There were others just like them that were reinforced with wire (I don't know if you make those).

Hello Rosa, we deliver within 24 working hours. As for the dishes, the 27 cm deep dish is about 9 cm high and the 30 cm one about 10 cm. Please bear in mind that they are handmade, so the measurements may vary slightly.

Earthenware dishes are ideal for all your stews that call for slow cooking with full, old-fashioned flavour.

They hold the heat for a long time after the heat is turned off.

These deep earthenware dishes are handmade in Valencia with the finest quality guarantees.

They can be used in the oven and placed over direct heat, although we recommend using a heat diffuser.

Their approximate dimensions are 20x7 cm, 23x8 cm, 25x9 cm, 28x9 cm, 31x10 cm, 35x12 cm and 38x13 cm. As this is a handmade, artisan product, the size of the dishes may vary by around 1 or 2 centimetres.

It is advisable to keep the dishes submerged in water all day before first use.

Es para lo que es y esto lo compras sólo si lo quieres, sabes como utilizarlo y tienes donde. Lo más importante es que me la enviaron protegida con cartones y plástico de burbujas, llegó bien.
