The Arilex Línea 600 Basque-style gas grill is a commercial cooking unit designed for grill houses, restaurants specialising in char-grilled fish and meat, seafood restaurants and HORECA kitchens where the ribbed grate with a grease runner takes centre stage. Available in 4 sizes (40, 70, 100 and 130 cm usable width), all with a ribbed stainless steel grate adjustable to 3 heights and a 100 mm upstand so it can be placed in any location.

Difference from the BAR barbecue

The VASN Basque grill uses a ribbed rod grate with a side grease runner (traditional "Basque" style) and does NOT come with lava rock as standard. The BAR barbecue does come with a complement of lava rock and a round grate. Same structure, different cooking system.
