Description
The Ibili Moca solves the classic limitation of aluminium moka pots: made of 18/10 stainless steel, it works on every hob — induction, ceramic, gas and electric — and it is also dishwasher safe. Available in five sizes from 2 to 15 cups (100 to 700 ml), with a cool-touch bakelite handle, it is the Italian coffee maker we recommend by default to anyone cooking on induction.

Beyond full induction compatibility, 18/10 steel doesn't rust, handles the dishwasher and keeps its shine for years. The coffee comes out as dense as in a classic moka: medium grind, water up to the valve, medium heat and off at the first gurgle — the same Italian ritual as always, without giving up your induction hob.
Moka cups are espresso cups (~50 ml): the 2-cup for the solo coffee, the 4-6 for everyday use as a couple or small family, and the 10 and 15-cup (700 ml, the biggest of the range) for large families, offices or thermos fillers. If in doubt between two sizes, go for the tighter fit: a half-empty moka extracts worse.
A detail we value highly when recommending this range: Ibili sells specific replacement silicone gaskets for the Moca in every size (2, 4, 6, 10 and 15 cups). Replacing the gasket when it loses tightness means the pot literally lasts decades. You'll find them in our coffee maker spares section.
Ibili, the historic cookware manufacturer from Bergara (Basque Country), is synonymous with the Italian coffee maker in Spain. At Hiperchef (kitchenware since 1977), the Moca line is our benchmark stainless moka for value for money.
