The beautiful Jampur cast iron wok lets you prepare vegetables, meat or fish over a powerful heat in a healthy way while preserving nutrients. A must in every kitchen, not just Asian cooking.

Wok care:

• Clean the wok thoroughly before using it for the first time.
• The diameter of the hob and the size of the wok base should be the same.
• Never leave the wok empty for more than one minute on a gas/induction hob, or more than 3 minutes on an electric hob - the risk of overheating can cause the material to discolour.
• Only use high-temperature oils so that nothing can burn or stick.
• Never use sharp objects such as knives, steel scourers or copper cloths (they can cause scratches).
• Clean with a soft sponge.
• Apply oil regularly to prevent rust forming.
• Harsh detergents can damage the wok's surface.
• The guarantee only applies with proper use. It does not cover overheating, damaged surfaces or burnt-on residue.
