Description

Enamelled paella pan by Garcima, 115 cm in diameter. This is the largest enamelled paella pan made, since larger paella pan sizes will not fit in the oven to dry the vitrified enamel.

On all paella pans, the manufacturer Garcima indicates the approximate servings for each diameter; in the case of the 115 cm paella pan it can reach up to 200 servings, calculated with the pan completely full. However, when cooking rice, the finer the grain the better it cooks and the less compacted it stays, so this indicated number of servings can be reduced by even half.
