Description
For preparing light, fluffy foams, bite-sized treats, hot and cold sauces, creamy soups, as well as whipped cream and desserts. For cold and hot preparations.
Bottle body and head in stainless steel, developed for professional use. Head with a silicone guard and a fixed stainless steel dosing valve, for easier dosing even in hot applications.
Temperature-resistant silicone seal with a pull tab for quicker, more hygienic cleaning. Keep warm in a bain-marie at a maximum of 70 °C.
