Description
Kit candle in the wind 1400 mould from the Tortaflex range by Silikomart professional. Developed together with the Belgian team for the 2017 Pastry World Cup. The Belgian team is made up of pastry chefs Nicolas Arnaud, Frédérick Dever, David Redon and, as captain, Arnaud Szalies.
The candle in the wind kit is precision-designed to create this original preparation made up of different layers, with a final size of 250 x 80.5 h 95 mm and 1,400 ml.
