Description
The multi-ply steel wok without a non-stick coating by Lacor stands out for its 3-layer construction; the tri-ply material gives high thermal conductivity, and thanks to the three layers the heat spreads more evenly across the wok, saving energy.
It is made from 18/10 stainless steel on the outside, 18% steel on the inside and aluminium in the central core for better heat distribution; thanks to these features it heats up three times faster than a conventional frying pan.
The outer layer, in 18/10 stainless steel with ferritic components, makes the wok compatible with induction hobs.
The handles are made from 18/10 stainless steel and covered with a silicone heat protector for a secure grip on the Lacor wok.
This Trimetal wok is oven safe, including the silicone protector, as long as the temperature does not exceed 220 °C
This version has no non-stick coating, but on our website you will find the same wok with a non-stick coating.
Available in two diameters: 28 y 36 cm.
