At Hiperchef.com we handle export orders.

Given the complexity and special attention this type of shipment requires, please bear in mind the following points:

- Customs in the destination country may charge duties, taxes or fees. These costs must be paid by the recipient. We recommend that you check the costs and regulations in your country before making your purchase. Any holding of the parcel by customs in the destination country is the recipient's responsibility.

- Every export involves processing at Spanish customs (SAD/DUA), at a cost of €24 regardless of the order value and the shipping cost. For exports, the product price before taxes is equivalent to the national price including taxes.

- Any TAX FREE, DIVA or DER document processing has a handling cost of €28 regardless of the order value.

- Transit time depends on the distance, but is usually around 4-14 days depending on the destination. However, customs in the destination country, which normally clears parcels within 48 hours, may hold them for longer, and neither we nor the carrier can do anything about it.

- Most of the products we sell only have technical service in Spain, so if you wish to make use of the warranty, transport costs to Spain and back to your country are borne by the customer.

- All the electrical appliances we sell run on 220/240 V and have a European plug.

- Payment is made by bank transfer in euros. Your bank may charge you transfer fees depending on the conditions of your account. Please note that the price shown on the proforma invoice or quotation is a net price, so if you are charged fees, never select shared fees, as we would not receive the full order amount.

- International shipments are handled on an Ex Works (EXW) basis: the customer is responsible for the goods from the moment they leave our premises. From that point on, the taxes and duties of the different countries, customs risks and entry permits, and transport risks are borne by the customer, without prejudice to any help we can provide from our side.

- Shipping costs depend on the destination and on the size and weight of the parcel, so they must be calculated case by case. If you would like a quote for shipping costs, please send us an email stating the destination address and the products and quantities you need. For a small parcel with few products, you can work out an indicative estimate yourself using the following shipping prices:

These are some prices for a minimum shipment, and the most common one, of up to 5 kilos. These prices are merely indicative and non-binding: the final cost will always be confirmed in your quotation:

Argentina, Brazil, Chile: €63.08

Mexico, Canada: €76.44

Rest of South America and the Caribbean: €64.73

USA: €67.84
