The Lékué mould is a kitchen utensil specially designed to cook eggs in the microwave, which it does incredibly quickly. To get the egg just how you like it, you need to test the timing in the microwave until it is perfect; to do so, it is best to place the mould with the egg at the edge of the microwave plate so the heat is not applied directly, as it would otherwise cook too quickly and become overdone.
