Box of 106 glass 120 ml jars (Ø5 x 7 cm) by 100% Chef for artisan yoghurts and desserts in a jar. They withstand the oven and the bain-marie and close with the XS heat-seal lids.
Description
Box of 106 glass yoghurt jars of 120 ml from 100% Chef (ref. 100/0083), shaped like the 'traditional' yoghurt pot. Each jar measures Ø5 x 7 cm and is highly resistant: it even withstands dry-oven or bain-marie cooking, so it works for making as well as for serving. It is the format designed for hospitality and catering, and it can be closed with the XS heat-seal lids from the same brand (ref. 100/0137).
With this traditional yoghurt jar you have a new and original way to present in tasting menus, catering and buffets: mousses, foams, royales, creams, crème caramels, creative yoghurts or artisan dairy desserts. The glass shows off the layers of the preparation, the 120 ml size is the classic individual portion, and the wide mouth makes it easy to fill with a piping bag or a dispenser and to eat straight from it with a teaspoon.
Unlike an ordinary drinking glass, this jar withstands cooking: you can set crème caramels, royales or yoghurts directly in the jar, in a dry oven or a bain-marie, and then chill it for service. Being glass, it is reusable: wash it and use it again, service after service.
For selling artisan yoghurt, takeaway food or storage, the jars are closed with the XS heat-seal lids from 100% Chef, available in aluminium (600 pcs) or white (750 pcs), which are fixed with heat using a sealing machine and leave the jar finished like a commercial yoghurt.

Yes. Being glass, they are washed and reused; only the heat-sealed lid is single-use.
Yes, that is their most common use alongside desserts in a jar: you can ferment the yoghurt in the jar itself and then seal it for sale or service.
Complete the format with the aluminium XS heat-seal lid or the white heat-seal lid, and if you need a larger portion there is the 400 ml XL Jumbo yoghurt jar. To ferment at home or in your workshop there is the Lacor Multi electric yoghurt maker, more containers in our presentation dinnerware and the full 100% Chef catalogue.
