The Arilex 4CT/6CT heated tapas displays keep a display of tapas, pastries, montaditos and sauces hot at the ideal serving temperature by means of a bain-marie system with an electric element. Made entirely in Spain from stainless steel, they combine the hinged curved front glass with a stainless steel inner well to achieve a clean, elegant display that complies with catering health regulations.

Available in two sizes: 4CT for 4 GN1/3 trays (containers included) and 6CT for 6 GN1/3 trays (containers included). Models without interior lighting, designed for venues where the ambient lighting is sufficient and a keener price is the priority.

Recommended use

Heated tapas displays are used in tapas bars, cafés with a pincho counter, restaurants serving hot portions, hotels with a hot breakfast buffet, patisseries, bakery workshops and any HORECA business with a permanent display of hot product. They keep the product at serving temperature in a bain-marie while displaying it to the customer, improving sales rotation and the visual appeal of the counter.

Maintenance and cleaning

At the end of service, switch off the display, let it cool, empty the bain-marie via the drain plug and clean the well with hot water and a mild degreaser. Clean the curved glass with a non-abrasive glass cleaner. The sliding rear doors come off for a thorough wash. The GN1/3 containers and trays are washed separately in the commercial dishwasher. Descaling the well every 2-3 months is recommended to prevent limescale build-up on the base.

• 4CT: 4 containers. 820 mm front. Businesses with a medium counter: local tapas bars, cafés, small bakeries.
• 6CT: 6 containers. 1172 mm front. Businesses with a large counter: set-menu restaurants, hotels with a buffet, shopping-centre cafés.
