Its interior is fully enamelled, which makes it easy to clean.

Please note before buying this enamelled product that, due to the material (cast iron) and the manual manufacturing and enamelling process, it shows small visible imperfections such as a build-up of enamel in certain areas and specks on the body and lid. These imperfections, resulting from the enamelling and firing process, are present in one way or another on the vast majority of units, and the manufacturer, Garcima, considers them normal and unavoidable in production, so they are not grounds for return. That said, these imperfections are purely cosmetic and in no way affect the usability, durability or safety of the item, which is perfectly functional for use.
