Description
The Albacete-based knife maker launches its new Manhattan series, a knife that combines strength with outstanding ergonomics, design and versatility in handling, meeting the highest demands of the professional user.
ARCOS innovates with its revolutionary "silk edge" (filo seda), exclusive to this series.
The special "silk" edge was created by combining our tradition with the most innovative technology, achieving a unique cut. This novel "silk" edge brings together the expertise of our master cutlers and new technology, delivering great performance, long-lasting sharpness and a cut that leaves no one indifferent.
The Manhattan series has an ergonomic handle that fits the hand perfectly, made from technical Polyoxymethylene (POM) plastic with high resistance to detergents and very high temperatures.
Its Polyoxymethylene handle scales increase resistance to chemicals and the most extreme temperatures.
It has tongue-and-groove stainless steel rivets, so corrosion is never a problem for your knives.
The design of this new series stands out for its cutting-edge style and character.
Manhattan completes the wide range of high-quality forged knives that ARCOS has already brought to market, alongside series such as Natura and Riviera. The Manhattan series offers a full array of models (10 in total) that cover the most demanding professional needs: from a 100 mm paring knife, through the 130 mm vegetable knife; three sizes of chef's knife (150, 210 and 250 mm); the 160 mm boning knife; the 200 mm bread knife; the 170 mm sole knife; and closing the series, its two standout knives: the 250 mm ham knife and the new 190 mm "Rocking Santoku". In short, a knife born to revolutionise the world of cutting.
You can find them all in our online shop.
