Ibili defrosting plate

The Ibili food defrosting plate is an aluminium tray that thaws steaks, meat and fish in half the time, with no electricity, no batteries and no microwave. All you have to do is take the food out of the freezer, dry it and rest it on the plate: the contact with the aluminium does the rest.
