Lacor Robust non-stick aluminium wok

From the Spanish manufacturer Lacor, we bring you this excellent professional non-stick wok of HIGH QUALITY, the Robust model, which can be used equally in professional kitchens and at home.

Made from aluminium with an exceptional thickness of 4 mm, and riveted steel handle and side grip. It has a diameter of 30 cm and a height of 9.6 cm.

The interior has 2 coats of an excellent-quality non-stick coating with traces of titanium, which makes it more hard-wearing and gives it exceptional non-stick properties. This type of non-stick coating is also PFOA-free, substances recently shown to be harmful to health and found in other types of non-stick coating such as Teflon.

This aluminium wok is suitable for all types of hob except induction hobs. It can go in the dishwasher, but we recommend washing it by hand so as not to shorten the life of this excellent wok, which with the most basic care will last for years and years.
