Description
The Lacor cream siphon is a versatile tool that has earned its place in homes and professional kitchens alike.
This siphon is used to make sweet or savoury creams with ease. Simply put the desired ingredients in liquid form into its 1/2 L or 1 L bottle and add the N2O charge to obtain light, intensely flavoured foams and creams.
The 68404 and 68405 culinary siphon, with the build quality of LACOR, offers cooking enthusiasts and professionals an essential tool for making creams, mousses and foams, both cold and warm and both savoury and sweet, all in a simple and clean way. If you wish, you can do without dairy or egg and still achieve foams with light textures and intense flavour, giving you better control over certain diets. Make purees, whipped creams and mousses in seconds with this high-quality siphon, which meets the most demanding requirements of the culinary sector.
The Lacor cream siphon comprises a half-litre stainless steel bottle into which you put your favourite preparation, and an aluminium head with the compartment that houses the N2O cartridge; this cartridge is what gives a foam volume four times greater than the liquid added, so you obtain foams or mousses with intense flavour but far fewer calories.
You can use this remarkable siphon at the table, at the bar or at parties, using your imagination to prepare surprising flavours, all in the simplest way.
Its cartridges or bottles of pure N2O, 8 g each, have no expiry date, are made of 100% recyclable steel, are very affordable and are compatible with other brands on the market. The siphon does not include the N2O charges, which are purchased separately.
These models currently come with 3 plastic nozzles.
Important: do not exceed the fill mark or expose to temperatures above 40 °C.
