The Classic 45 cm paella burner kit with a 55 cm enamelled paella pan brings together everything you need to cook Valencian paella, rice dishes and fideuà on butane or propane gas. It is sized for 5 to 6 portions of fine rice (up to 16 of thicker rice), ideal for large families, weekends and get-togethers with friends.

Gas connections vary from country to country: if your country does not share the Spanish connection, the burner is manufactured to order with the connection for your destination country, which takes around 10 days. Some countries do share the Spanish connection, in which case shipping is immediate subject to stock.

The classic round-tube paella burner is the gas burner of a lifetime: robust, reliable and high-performing, with concentric rings that spread the heat evenly.

How to make a great paella with this kit

Heat the 55 cm pan on the burner and brown the meat or seafood. Make the sofrito and add the paprika over a low flame so it doesn't turn bitter. Add the rice, toast it and pour in the hot stock (about 2-2.5 parts stock to one of rice). Spread the flame for even cooking and turn it up at the end for the socarrat. Leave to rest for 5 minutes. With this pan, count on 5 to 6 portions of fine rice.

Care and maintenance

The enamelled pan is very easy to look after: just wash it and dry it well. The burner, legs and paddle need no special care.
