One-piece display tray in stainless steel for heated tapas displays 4BP/6BP Arilex

The Arilex 4BP and 6BP one-piece trays are official accessories for the heated tapas displays (CT series) and heated tapas displays with light (CTL series). This is a single flat tray, made of stainless steel, that replaces the 4 or 6 individual GN1/3 containers when the business prefers to display product in a block rather than in portions.

They are ideal for displaying pastries, viennoiserie, sandwiches, long montaditos, filled rolls, pasties and pizza by the slice. As a continuous tray, it makes the most of the display surface and keeps the product more visible and accessible to the customer. The stainless steel heats evenly thanks to the bain-marie and guarantees the holding temperature.

Recommended use

The 4BP/6BP one-piece tray sits on the bain-marie well of the heated tapas display, replacing the individual GN1/3 containers. It is the ideal choice when the business displays elongated products (filled rolls, pasties, pizza by the slice, filled pastries) or products that do not fit well in a 325 × 176 mm container (large sandwiches, baguette montaditos). It lets you arrange the product in the display with more visual flexibility.
